• User Interface for Object Links in Project Management is now also used in Portfolio Management
The item dashboard is newly based on the flexible table service ATS providing new features to
improve the usability if the item dashboard, as e.g.
Specify allowed text languages Define master language Use multiple languages
for portfolio in all portfolio objects
After upgrade using multiple languages is disabled and has to be activated explicitly
Activation is supported by a migration report for setting master language and copy texts
The read access to archived Portfolio Management data is controlled by the new authorization
object RPM_ARCH
The authority check for RPM_ARCH is processed when the user selects an archived object on the search
results to display the detailed object information
The granted authorization covers all data of the specific object, e.g. the authorization for
an archived portfolio item includes item details and also item financial and capacity data
The access control lists (ACL) used by the authority check for active portfolio data
is not considered for archived portfolio data
