There are only five people behind in our business first is the manager, she is the
one who managed the shop and also she most have the four qualities of a good
manager first quality is orientation towards result, second quality is assertiveness, third
quality is delegation and the fourth quality is leadership. Cashier is the one who in
charged on receiving payment and giving change to costumers. There are ten qualities
of a good cashier should be possess first is sociability, second is professionalism, third
is trustworthiness, fourth is multitasking, fifth is perceptiveness, six is reliability, seven is
adaptability, eighth is affable, nine is cash handling, ten is listening abilities. Waiters in
our shop we have three waiters, they served the orders of the costumers. There are
