DroneTech Engineering Risk Analysis

DroneTech Engineering will design a drone prescription delivery project for Wilmont's Pharmacy. The risk register identifies six main risks: 1) missing customer requirements could cause elaboration failure; 2) regulations could deny or delay the project timeline; 3) contract specifications may not meet scope and delay the project; 4) design may not meet customer requirements; 5) missing approvals could delay the project; and 6) the approved drone model becoming out of stock with no replacement, delaying the project. Mitigation strategies include regulatory reviews, scope checks, design revisions, approval processes, and validating alternative drone models.
