SITE INSPECTION AND TESTING PROCEDURE

• Prepare and timely submission of project quality deliverables and submissions.

• Supervise and coordinate all QA/QC activities at work place during construction phase.

• Lead and provide guidance to all site QA/QC Engineers and inspectors.

• Interface and coordination with client QA/QC contact point for all QA/QC related matters.

• Responsible for conducting all internal inspection at site through dedicated QC Inspectors of each
discipline

• Review of Record Books of Vendors, Sub-contractors and supplied materials

• Continuous monitoring and surveillance at site for quality compliance before, during and after
execution.

• Ensure that all site audits are conducted as per approved project Audit schedule

• Preparation / review of site-specific Inspection test plan, QA / QC procedures etc.

• Generate non-conformance reports – if any within project scope and follow up for corrective actions
as per the procedure. Closure of NCR correction shall be up to the satisfaction Company.

• Preparing and submission of weekly and monthly quality reports.

• Perform weekly QA/QC site walk with EPC Contractors / Subcontractors personnel

• Conduct QA/QC meeting with sub-contractors and maintain records

• Monitor EPC Contractors and sub-contractors site QA/QC performance and implement appropriate
improvement action if required.

• Attend Company QA/QC monthly meetings

• Maintenance and handover of site QA/QC records.

5.3 Site QA/QC Engineer

Construction QA / QC Engineer reports to Site QA / QC Manager and assist Site QA / QC Manager to


perform all site QA/QC functions and work in coordination with QC Inspectors.

• Review of Sub-contractor’s quality documents, Sub- contractor’s assessments and selection.

• Organizing site inspection and testing activities, reviewing and issuing site NCRs to the responsible
parties and monitoring the execution of corrective actions.

• Identifying risks related to quality management and devising mitigation measures as required.

• Monitor the execution of outcome from quality audit and management review.

• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for hand over.
