RESEARCH EXPERIENCE:

 I have been continuing my research and teaching work for last 12.5 years. During this period I have published many papers in
national and international journals. My PhD thesis work is already completed in Marketing Management area. I have completed my
Ph.D in 2014, May from Utkal University.
 The topics of the research are related to Customer Relationship Management in Insurance Sector of Odisha, tourism sector of Odisha,
marketing management, Green marketing, and Corporate Social Responsibilities. The articles have been published in various national
and international magazines.
 In CRM in insurance sector, statistical techniques like; chi square analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA test and the T test have been
adopted for better conclusions. The objective of CRM study was to measure the satisfaction and retention level of insurance customers
in Odisha market.

RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION ACHIEVEMENTS:

I have published twelve research papers, two books and given presentation in 10 conferences and workshops
 My research paper titled ‘’Serving the insured customers’’ has been selected as the BEST research paper in the journal Indian
management, which is a Business Standard publication of all India management association(AIMA).
 My papers have been appreciated and published by the editors of different international magazines like ISCA, IJRCM and Indian
management journals. Another two research papers are on the verge of publication. I have presented many papers in national and
international conferences in management area.
 Apart from this I have published books on marketing management by B.K publication, Bhubaneswar and another on organizational
behavior by modern publishers, Odisha.
TEACHING AND SUPERVISION EXPERIENCE:
I have 14.5 years of teaching experience including 6 years of research in managements. I have taught the subjects like,

Organizational Behavior, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship development, Principle of Management and Human Resource
Management. My teaching has been appreciated by students, head and principal. Also students of my course have performed extremely
well by exhibiting good results in the examinations. I can teach varied subjects like OB, Marketing, HRM, ED, etc with industrial case
analysis. In addition, I also supervise students for their project work.
