known in construction, real-estate, hotel development, laundry services, beauty and spa services
and corporate social responsibilities philanthropy.

SUNPAY SOLUTIONS S.C is developing its own payment platform, “SUNPAY”, by highly
driven well skilled individuals from Fin-Tech industry with rich experience in design,
development and implementation of high tech solutions with the aim of impacting peoples' life

and POS operator with an initial capital of 100 million Birr.

million birr in subscribed capital. The company’s minimum par value of each share is set at 1000
Birr.

The company has a plan to become a switch operator in the next six months.
