E-Poster Presentation Guidelines: Instructions For Preparing E-Posters
E-Poster Discussion presenters have each been allocated 10 minutes to present their
E-Poster, including time of discussion at the E-Poster screens.
E-Poster Viewing abstracts will have no specific presentation date and time. The
presenter may stand by the E-Poster Viewing screens in order to present their E-Poster
during breaks.
An electronic poster (E-Poster) is a poster in PowerPoint format, allowing the inclusion
of movies, and other multi-media formats, and presenters are encouraged to take
advantage of the versatility of this medium.
All posters accepted will be displayed in the digital format only on high-resolution
monitors. All Poster presentation will be presented in multi-media E-Posters.
These posters do not require printing or production of materials – as your work will be
presented electronically.
All authors will be contacted for all preparation details and technical aspects of E-
posters.

that can be downloaded here
In case you wish to add a video to your poster, please keep these requirements in mind:
Language: All E-Posters should be prepared in English.
E-Poster size in pixel: 1080 width x 1536 height – portrait orientation
E-Poster size in cm: 38,1 width x 54,2 height – portrait orientation
FONT
Sans serif fonts such as Arial or Helvetica are commonly used for the title and headings.
Fonts such as Times or Calibri are commonly used for the text. Use easy to read
professional fonts and select no more than two or three different, yet complimentary
fonts.
Font size: ≥16
General Size Guidelines:
All the poster text should be easily legible on a laptop screen as one image. Do not
expect readers to have to zoom in.

File format: .pptx only
Video formats: .mp4, .mpg, .avi
Max. file size: 100 MB
Sound: not supported
Please note that all E-Posters with videos will be automatically converted from .pptx
to .pdf format, but the videos can still be played. Hyperlinks, animated images and
animations are not permitted for E-Posters and will be non-functioning.
