    Dear Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin,

    This Notice of Correction pertains to the request that was made in the cover letter
    to open a Treasury Direct Account. Please be advised that I do not wish to have a
    Treasury Direct Account opened or assigned to me.

    As my designated fiduciary, I request that you settle all debts and charges related
    to JOHN MARK DOE.

    Please note my instruction to operate exclusively under 100% commercial liability


    and without benefit of any limited liability or other benefit of the Public Charitable
    Trust (PCT).
