How to work on ITBA – Assessment Module?

Buttons are shown in bold.

Step by Step Process for carrying out Assessment in ITBA:

1. Define Parameter for Compulsory Selection of Return for Scrutiny (For CASS
Administrator (Global)):
 On Assessment Home Page, Go To Menu  Define Parameter for Compulsory
Selection of Return for Scrutiny
 By default, consolidated reasons defined for all Financial Years are displayed in
View and Select Reason Tab.
 Click By Financial Year, enter Financial Year and click Search to view the
reasons financial year wise.
 Select the reasons and click Proceed to Finalize. User is navigated to Enter and
Finalize Reason Tab to view and edit the reasons selected.
 To add the new reason click Add New Reason.
 Enter the reason and click Save & Finalize for Current FY to save and finalize the
reasons for current FY.

2. Selection of Cases for Scrutiny:


 On Assessment Home Page, Go To Menu  Selection of Cases for Scrutiny.
 There are 3 types of cases for selection:
 Notice u/s 143(2) under Compulsory Category:
o Select Notice u/s “143(2)” and “Compulsory” under Basis of Selection.
o Enter PAN and AY. All other details are auto populated.
o Enter Date of Select and click Reason. Screen for Criteria For Compulsory
Manual Selection is opened showing the list of all reasons defined for such
financial year.
o Select the reason, enter remarks and amount (if any) and click Select.
o To attach any supporting document, click Attachments. Select category,
enter description, select file and click Upload.

o Select the row(s) and click Save Draft to save the case as draft selection
or click Submit to submit the case for creating pendency for notice
generation u/s 143(2).
 Notice u/s 143(2) under Through Approval Category:
o Select Notice u/s “143(2)” and “Through Approval” under Basis of
Selection.
o Enter PAN and AY. All other details are auto populated.
o There are 2 options:
 Manual to System (ticked): To select the cases where approval taken
outside the system.
 Click Reason. Screen for Proposal for Scrutiny is opened.
PAN, Name, AY and Limitation date for Issue are displayed.
 Enter the Selection details (i.e. Approving Authority, File
reference number, date of approval and Reasons for
Selection).
 Click Save to save the data successfully. To attach any
supporting document, click Attachments.
 Click Back to go back to Selection Screen.
 Select the row(s) and click Save Draft to save the case as
draft selection or click Submit to submit the case for creating
pendency for notice generation u/s 143(2).
 Manual to System (unticked): To select the cases where approval to
be taken in system through system workflow.
 Click Reason. Screen for Proposal for Scrutiny is opened.
PAN, Name, AY and Limitation date for Issue are displayed.
 Enter the Selection details (i.e. Approving Authority and
Reasons for Selection).
 Click Save to save the data successfully. To attach any
supporting document, click Attachments.
 Click Back to go back to Selection Screen.
 Select the row(s) and click Save Draft to save the case as
draft selection or click Submit to submit the case for creating
pendency for approval of relevant approving authority
selected.
 Notice u/s 148:
o Select Notice u/s “148” and enter PAN and AY. All other details are auto
populated.
o There are 2 options:
 Manual to System (ticked): To select the cases where approval taken
outside the system.
 Click Reason. Screen for Proposal for Scrutiny is opened.
PAN, Name, AY and Proceeding Type are displayed.
 In case Proceeding type is Reassessment then Order
Proposed to be reopened details are displayed (if available in
system), else user will enter the same.
 Enter the Basis of Selection details. Depending on the
category selected, various fields are visible/hidden to be
entered by user.

o By default, Category is selected as Regular Selection,


based on which radio button for Income Escaped
Amount >= Rs 100000 and Escaped Amount field is
available to be selected/entered by user.
o In case Category selected is “On Directions of
Appellate Authorities” then Authority and Authority
Name fields are available to be entered by user.
o In case Category selected is “Asset Found outside
India” then radio button for Notice to be issued to agent
of non-resident is available to be selected by user.
 Click Proceed. Based on the category selected and details
entered, Limitation date for Issue is displayed and Selection
details are visible to be entered by user.
 Enter the Selection details (i.e. Approving Authority, File
reference number, date of approval and Reasons for
Selection).
Note: If case is selected within 4 yrs then Approving authority is displayed as
Range Head and if case is selected after 4 yrs the Approving authority is
displayed as PCIT/CIT. However, the same is allowed to be changed to higher
level.
 Click Save to save the data successfully. To attach any
supporting document, click Attachments.
 Click Back to go back to Selection Screen.
 Select the row(s) and click Save Draft to save the case as
draft selection or click Submit to submit the case for creating
pendency for notice generation u/s 148.
 Manual to System (unticked): To select the cases where approval to
be taken in system through system workflow.
 Click Reason. Screen for Proposal for Scrutiny is opened.
PAN, Name, AY and Proceeding Type are displayed.
 Enter the Basis of Selection details and click Proceed.
 Based on the category selected and details entered, Limitation
date for Issue is displayed and Selection details are visible to
be entered by user.
 Enter the Selection details (i.e. Approving Authority and
Reasons for Selection).
 Click Save to save the data successfully. To attach any
supporting document, click Attachments.
 Click Back to go back to Selection Screen.
 Select the row(s) and click Save Draft to save the case as
draft selection or click Submit to submit the case for creating
pendency for approval of relevant approving authority
selected.

Note: If case, any previous proposal history exists for selection of case u/s 147 for entered
PAN and AY then the same can be viewed through clicking link Previous Proposal History
(available under View Details) after selecting the row.

3. Selection of Case u/s 143(3) – Workitem:

 On Assessment Home Page, Go To Worklist. All the cases pending for approval
are displayed.
 Click the subject Selection of case u/s 143(3). Workitem for the same is opened.
 Request details are displayed.
 Flow of approval is explained below:
 Range Head Level (Request submitted by AO):
o Click Selection Details. Screen for Selection Details is opened. Details
entered by AO at the time of submitting the case for approval are
displayed to Range Head in non editable mode.
o Click Attachments to view the documents attached by AO or attach
further documents.
o Click Case Notings/History to view the workflow movement history.
o Range Head has 2 options:
 In case Range Head submits the case to PCIT/CIT:
 Select whether the case is Recommended as Yes or No and
enter Recommendation Remarks. Click Save to save the
details.
 Enter workflow notings and click Submit to submit the case to
PCIT/CIT for approval or further recommendation (depending
on the approving authority).
 Request is submitted and displayed in the worklist of
PCIT/CIT.
 In case Range Head sends back the case to AO:
 Enter workflow notings and click SendBack.
 AO has 2 options:
o Provide Clarification: Edit the selection reason or
provide clarification through entering remarks in
workflow notings and click Submit. Request is
submitted to Range Head for approval or further
recommendation.
o Cancel the case: Enter the workflow notings and click
Cancel. Case is cancelled and workitem is closed.
 PCIT/CIT Level (Request submitted by Range Head):
o Click Selection Details. Screen for Selection Details is opened. Details
entered by AO and Range Head at the time of submitting the case for
approval is displayed to PCIT/CIT in non editable mode.
o Click Attachments to view the documents attached by AO and Range
Head or attach further documents.
o Click Case Notings/History to view the workflow movement history.
o PCIT/CIT has 2 options:
 In case PCIT/CIT approves/rejects the case:
 Select whether the case is Approved as Yes or No and enter
Approval/Rejection Remarks. Click Save to save the details.
 Enter workflow notings and click Approve/Reject (Depending
on Yes/No selected in Selection Details Screen)

 In case Approve is clicked, then pendency is created for


notice generation u/s 143(2) for AO and workitem is closed.
 In case Reject is clicked, then case is rejected and workitem is
closed.
 In case PCIT/CIT sends back the case to Range Head:
 Enter workflow notings and click SendBack.
 Range Head has 2 options:
o Provide Clarification: Edit the recommendation
remarks and Recommendation given as Yes/No or
provide clarification through entering remarks in
workflow notings and click Submit. Request is
submitted to PCIT/CIT for approval or further
recommendation.
o SendBack the case: Enter the workflow notings and
click SendBack. Request is sent back to AO for further
clarification.
4. Selection of Case u/s 147 – Workitem:
 On Assessment Home Page, Go To Worklist. All the cases pending for approval
are displayed.
 Click the subject Selection of case u/s 147. Workitem for the same is opened.
 Request details are displayed.
 Flow of approval is explained below:
 Range Head Level (Request submitted by AO):
o Click Selection Details. Screen for Selection Details is opened. Details
entered by AO at the time of submitting the case for approval are
displayed to Range Head in non editable mode.
o Click Attachments to view the documents attached by AO or attach
further documents.
o Click Case Notings/History to view the workflow movement history.
o Range Head has 3 options:
 In case Range Head is Approving Authority:
 Select whether the case is Approved as Yes or No and enter

PCIT/CIT for approval or further recommendation (depending
on the approving authority).

 Request is submitted and displayed in the worklist of


PCIT/CIT.
 In case Range Head sends back the case to AO:
 Enter workflow notings and click SendBack.
 AO has 2 options:
o Provide Clarification: Edit the selection reason or
provide clarification through entering remarks in
workflow notings and click Submit. Request is
submitted to Range Head for approval or further
recommendation.
o Cancel the case: Enter the workflow notings and click
Cancel. Case is cancelled and workitem is closed.
 PCIT/CIT Level (Request submitted by Range Head):
o Click Selection Details. Screen for Selection Details is opened. Details
entered by AO and Range Head at the time of submitting the case for

 In case PCIT/CIT is Approving Authority:

 In case PCIT/CIT is not Approving Authority:
 Select whether the case is Recommended as Yes or No and
enter Recommendation Remarks. Click Save to save the
details.
 Enter workflow notings and click Submit to submit the case to
CCIT/DGIT/PrCCIT/PrDGIT for approval or further
recommendation (depending on the approving authority).
 Request is submitted and displayed in the worklist of
CCIT/DGIT/PrCCIT/PrDGIT.
 In case PCIT/CIT sends back the case to Range Head:
 Enter workflow notings and click SendBack.
 Range Head has 2 options:
o Provide Clarification: Edit the recommendation
remarks and Recommendation given as Yes/No or
provide clarification through entering remarks in
workflow notings and click Submit. Request is
submitted to PCIT/CIT for approval or further
recommendation.

o SendBack the case: Enter the workflow notings and


click SendBack. Request is sent back to AO for further
clarification.
 CCIT/DGIT/PrCCIT/PrDGIT Level (Request submitted by PCIT/CIT):
o Click Selection Details. Screen for Selection Details is opened. Details
entered by AO, Range Head and PCIT/CIT at the time of submitting the
case for approval is displayed to CCIT/DGIT/PrCCIT/PrDGIT in non
editable mode.
o Click Attachments to view the documents attached by AO, Range Head
and PCIT/CIT or attach further documents.
o Click Case Notings/History to view the workflow movement history.
o CCIT/DGIT/PrCCIT/PrDGIT has 2 options:
 In case Approval/Rejection:
 Select whether the case is Approved as Yes or No and enter
Approval/Rejection Remarks. Click Save to save the details.
 Enter workflow notings and click Approve/Reject (Depending
on Yes/No selected in Selection Details Screen)
 In case Approve is clicked, then pendency is created for
notice generation u/s 148 for AO and workitem is closed.
 In case Reject is clicked, then case is rejected and workitem is
closed.
 In case CCIT/DGIT/PrCCIT/PrDGIT sends back the case to PCIT/CIT:
 Enter workflow notings and click SendBack.
 PCIT/CIT has 2 options:
o Provide Clarification: Edit the recommendation
remarks and Recommendation given as Yes/No or
provide clarification through entering remarks in
workflow notings and click Submit. Request is
submitted to CCIT/DGIT/PrCCIT/PrDGIT for approval
or further recommendation.
o SendBack the case: Enter the workflow notings and
click SendBack. Request is sent back to Range Head
for further clarification.

5. Generation of Notice u/s 143(2)/148 for Selected Cases:


 On Assessment Home Page, Go To Menu  Generate Notice to Initiate
Proceedings
 Select the section and click Search. All the scrutiny selected cases pending for
notice generation u/s 143(2)/148 are displayed based on the section selected.
 To search the pending cases on any other parameters, enter search parameters
and click Search.
 Select View Reason to view the reason due to which case is selected.
 There are two ways to generate notice u/s 143(2)/148:
 Select “Pending For Notice Generation” (i.e. through system) and click
Search

o Enter the Date and Time of Attending in case of section 143(2) and Time
allowed for Filing Return (in days) for section 148 and click on edit icon to
edit the communication address.
o Select the cases through check box(es):
 Click Preview or Save Draft to view the draft notice u/s 143(2)/148 of
first case selected.
 Click Generate Notice to generate the notice u/s 143(2)/148.
Selected cases will go in queue for notice generation in bulk.
 Select “Manual To System” (i.e. upload the notice issued outside the
system) and click Search
o Enter the Date and Time of Attending in case of section 143(2) and Time
allowed for Filing Return (in days) for section 148.
o Enter Issue Date and File Number.
o Click Choose File to select the file and attach the document.
o Select the cases through check box(es):
o Click Submit to upload the notices in system (issued offline).
Note: Once the notice is generated, pendency will be removed from the list of cases
pending for notice generation and pendency will be created in the worklist of AO for
passing the order u/s 143(3)/147.
Further, notices generated will be shared with E-filing so that the same can be displayed
to assessee at e-filing portal to opt for E-assessment/proceedings option against such
notices.
 There are two more options available on the Screen “Generate Notice to Initiate
Proceedings”:
 Select “Notice Already Generated” to view the generated notices.
 Select “Cancellation” to cancel the case instead of generating notices for
pending cases and click Search.
o Select the case and click Initiate Cancellation.
o Screen for Cancellation of Notice u/s 143(2)/148 is opened (Depending on
the case selected).
 There are 3 types of cases which can be cancelled:
 Compulsory Scrutiny Cases selected for notice
generation u/s 143(2):
o Enter the cancellation reason and attach any
supporting document through clicking Attachments.
o Click Submit. Case is cancelled and deleted from the
list of cases pending for notice generation u/s 143(2).
 Through Approval Scrutiny Cases selected for notice
generation u/s 143(2):
o Enter the cancellation reason, approval details of
cancellation and attach any supporting document
through clicking Attachments.
Click Submit. Case is cancelled and deleted from the
list of cases pending for notice generation u/s 143(2).
 Cases selected for notice generation u/s 148:

o Enter the cancellation reason, approval details of


cancellation and attach any supporting document
through clicking Attachments.
Click Submit. Case is cancelled and deleted from the
list of cases pending for notice generation u/s 148.

6. Cancellation of CASS Selected Cases (For CASS Administrator (Global)):


 On Assessment Home Page, Go To Menu  Cancellation of CASS Selected
Cases
 Enter search parameters and Click Search to search for cases selected under
CASS but pending for notice generation u/s 143(2) based on criteria’s entered.
 Select the case and click Initiate Cancellation.
 Enter the cancellation reason and attach any supporting document through clicking
Attachments.
 Click Submit. Case is cancelled and deleted from the list of cases pending for
notice generation u/s 143(2).

7. Assessment Proceeding u/s 143(3)/147 – Workitem


 On Assessment Home Page, Go To Worklist. All the cases for which notice is
generated u/s 143(2)/148 but pending for computation of income is displayed in the
worklist of AO.
 Click the subject Assessment Proceeding u/s 143(3) or Assessment
Proceeding u/s 147. Workitem for the same is opened.
 Request details are displayed.
 Click Selection Reason to view the reason for selection based on which case is
selected u/s 143(3)/147
 Click Hearing to record the hearing details.
 Enter Actual Hearing Date and click Enter/View Hearing Details,
 Enter the details of hearing and click Save and Close.
 In case status selected is Adjourned then select Adjournment Type and Next
Hearing Date and click Save. Hearing details are saved and next row with
next hearing date to enter the next hearing details is displayed.
 In case status selected is Adjourned Sine die then select Adjournment Type
and click Save. No further details of hearing are entered till status is changed
to Adjourned.
 In case status selected is Concluded and click Save then no further details of
hearing are entered.
 Click View Hearing Calendar.
o Enter search parameters and click Search to search for the hearing
calendar for various proceedings pending with him.
o Click on Subject to go to the relevant workitem.
o Click View Hearing History to view the history of all hearing details
related to the relevant proceeding.
Note: Instead of physical hearing, facility for E-assessment/proceedings has been
provided where in all the notices/letters/orders generated in ITBA will be shared with e-

filing so that the same can be displayed to assessee at e-filing portal to opt for E-
assessment/proceedings option against such notices/letters/orders. Assessee can file
the response against them at e-filing portal online and the same will be shared with ITBA
so that the same can be displayed to user under Case History/Notings in relevant
workitem. For Assessment Proceedings workitem: Access to Case History Notings is
explained below.
 Click Initiate Other Actions. There are various options explained below:
 Click Generate Notice u/s 142(1):
o Select Under Section as 142(1)(ii) or 142(1)(iii). For 142(1)(iii), select
check box “Approval of Range Required”. In case, it is ticked then enter
remarks and date of approval.
o Click Generate Notice.
o Enter Date and Time of Attending and questionnaire in free text area
available.
o To view/update the address/e-mail of PAN, click View/Edit
Communication Details.
o Tick the Send E-mail to send the notice on e-mail also.
o Click Save Draft to save the draft.
o Click Reload Preview to reload the preview of draft notice with updated
data.
o Click Generate to generate the notice.
 Click Generate Notice u/s 143(2):
o Enter Date and Time of Attending.
o Refer steps mentioned above in generation of notice u/s 142(1).

 Click Reference for Special Audit: (4 Tabs are displayed)


o Show Cause for Special Audit Tab:
 Click Generate Show Cause Notice. Enter Date and Time of
attending and free text in Generate Notice Screen and click Generate
to generate SCN u/s 142(2A).
 Notice details are displayed. Service Date is displayed once the same
is entered in Dispatch Register.
 Based on assessee response received outside system, enter receipt
date, record response and click Save to save the details.

o Proposal/Approval Details Tab:


 Once SCN is generated and pre-audit details are saved, click
Proposal/Approval Details.
 Enter all the details of proposal & approval and click Save to save the
details.
 Click Attachments to attach the documents (if any) related to
proposal/approval issued/taken outside system.

o Auditor Details Tab:

 Once the proposal details are entered and saved, click Auditor
Details.
 Enter the auditor details and click Issue Assignment Letter.
 Enter the free text of letter mentioning the details for assigning the
special audit case to the auditor and click Generate.
 Click Issue Direction to Assessee to issue letter to assessee
specifying any directions related to special audit. Copy to the same to
auditor.
 Enter the free text of letter and click Generate.
 Enter the Receipt date of directions by Assessee, compliance date &
Extended compliance date (if any).
 Click Save to save the details.

o Audit Report Details Tab:


 Once the auditor details are entered and saved, click Audit Report
Details.
 Enter the audit report details and click Save to save the details.
 Click Attachments to attach the audit report received offline from
auditor.
 Click Submit to submit the details entered. Once the details are
submitted, limitation date of proceeding is extended.

 Click Issue Summon u/s 131:


o Enter Address PAN. In case PAN not available enter Address Name and
Address.
o Enter Date and Time of Attending and click Information Sought to enter
the Information required to be produced.
o Click Save to save the details. There are two ways to generate the
summon u/s 131:
 Manual to system (unticked): Click Preview to view the draft and
Generate to send the bulk generation of summon in queue.
 Manual to system (ticked): Enter Issue Date, attach the file and click
Submit to submit the uploading of summon already issued outside
the system.

 Click Calling for Information u/s 133: (This Screen can be accessed by user
through Assessment Menu in case notice u/s 133 is to be issued without
pending proceeding)
o Enter Address PAN. In case PAN not available enter Address Name and
Address.
o Enter Compliance Date and click Information Sought to enter the
information required.
o In case section selected is 133(6) and proviso 2 is applicable (i.e. user is
below rank of CIT and no proceeding is pending), then additionally, enter
reason for issuance of notice and approval details.
o Further, refer steps mentioned above in Summon.

 Click Menu >> Inquiry Status u/s 131 and 133 to record the details against
summons and notices issued u/s 131/133.
 Select section, enter search criteria and click Search. List of all summons u/s
131/notices issued u/s 133 are displayed based on the section and other
search criteria selected (if any).
 If section is selected as 131 then select whether Addressee appeared as Yes
or No and click Save.
o Select the summon and click Record Statement. Enter the statement u/s
131 and click OK to save the statement.
 If section is selected as 133 then select whether Information Received as Yes
or No or Partly Received, enter the receipt date (in case information is
received) and click Save.
o Select the notice and click Information Received. Enter the information
received and click OK to save the details.
 Click Attachment to attach document (if any).

 Click Reference to Valuation Officer: ( 2 Tabs are displayed)


o VO Reference Details:
 Enter Valuation officer and assets details.
 Enter the compliance date and date as on which valuation is required.
 Click Save to save the details.
 Select the assets and click Generate Letter to generate the letter to VO.
 In case manual to system check box is ticked then instead of Generate
Letter, click Upload Letter button after attaching the Letter through
Attachments functionality. (This is done if letter is already issued outside
the system and user wants to capture the reference details in system).

Note: In case user wants to extend the compliance date and re-generate the
letter then once letter is generated or uploaded then new field is displayed as
“Extended compliance Date” which user will enter and re-generate or upload
the letter.

o Valuation Report Details: (Enabled once letter to VO is generated)


 Click Valuation Report Details to open the tab.
 Assets description is displayed for the assets for which letter is
generated.
 Enter Report Receipt Date and valuation details.
 Click Save to save and Submit to submit the details.
 Click Attachments to upload the VO report received offline.

 Conversion of cases from limited to complete scrutiny cases:


 Click on Conversion of Case from Limited to Complete Scrutiny.
 There are 2 ways to convert the case:
 Manual to system (Non ticked):
 Enter the reason for conversion of case and click Submit.
Pendency will be created in the worklist of Range Head to

Income Tax Department Assessment

o Go to worklist  Click Conversion of case from


Limited to Complete Scrutiny. Workitem is opened.
o Click Selection Details to view the reason for
selection.
o Click Reason for Conversion Details to view the
reason for conversion.
o Enter remarks in workflow noting history and click
Submit. Pendency will be created in the worklist of
CIT/PCIT for approval.
 CIT/PCIT has two options: Follow steps mentioned for
Range Head to view selection detail and reason for
conversion details. Enter remarks in workflow noting history.
o Click Approve to approve the conversion. Limited
Scrutiny Flag will be changed to No.
o Click Reject to reject the conversion. Limited Scrutiny
Flag will be changed to Yes. Alert is sent to AO and
Range for the same.
 Manual to System (ticked):
 Enter the reason for conversion of case and details of
approval taken outside the system.
 Attach the approval related documents through clicking
Attachments.
 Click Submit. Limited Scrutiny Flag will be changed to No.

 Click Case History/Notings.


 2 types of history is displayed related to the workitem:
o Workflow Notings History: This shows the history of movement of workflow
from one user to another along with workflow notings remarks.
o Action taken history: This shows the history of all actions taken by user
from Initiate Other Actions.
 Enter date range and click Search to view the case history/notings
based on the date range entered.
 Click View Document link to download the PDF of notice generated
u/s 142(1) and 143(2).
 Click Notings/Remarks icon to view the E-assessment/proceeding
response of assessee received against the notices issued received
from e-filing.
 Click Attachment from Assessee to view the attached received from
assessee along with E-Assessment/Proceedings response.
 Option selected by assessee (Assessee consent) for E-
Assessment/Proceedings at e-filing portal is also displayed.
 Enter remarks and click Save to add any remarks or notings.
 Click Print Order Sheet to download the order sheet in PDF format
based on the date range entered.
 Click Reload to reload the screen with updated data.

Note: E-Assessment/Proceedings facility is related to sharing of all notices generated


in ITBA with E-filing and getting response of assessee against such notices online
from e-filing.

 Click Attachments to attach any related document (if any).

8. View/Edit Dispatch Register


 On Assessment Home Page, Go To Menu  View/Edit Dispatch Register
 Enter search parameters and Click Search to search for notices
generated/uploaded based on criteria’s entered.
 Select Mode of Dispatch and enter Date of Dispatch, Date of Service and
Status.
 To enter the same date of dispatch in more than 1 letter/notice/order, enter the
Date of Dispatch field provided separately. Select the rows in which user want to
add such date and click Add.
 Enter Remarks (if any) and attach the proof of delivery.
 Select row(s) and Click Save Dispatch Details.

Step by Step process for viewing Dashboards:

1. On Assessment Home Page, Click on Dashboard link.


2. Following Dashboards will be available:
 Cases Pending for Notice Generation u/s 143(2)/148
 Cases Pending for Approval for Selection u/s 143(3)/147
3. Click on the counts to view the details.

Step by Step process for generation of MIS Reports:

1. On Assessment Home Page, Go To MIS Reports


2. Following categories of MIS are available (Click on relevant reports link to view  Enter
Input parameters  Click Apply):
 Data Summary Reports:
o Cases Selected for Scrutiny
o Reason wise count of Scrutiny Selected Cases
o Cases Cancelled after Selection
o Draft Cases Deleted before Selection
o Liable cases for Notice u/s 143(2)/148 due to PAN Transfer
o List of Summons issued u/s 131
o List of Notices issued u/s 133
o Cases of direction for special audit u/s 142(2A)
 Daily Activity Reports
o Statistics on Issue of Notice u/s 143(2)
