below:

Installing CutePDF (one time only)

a. Download the program from this URL (simply double click on it to download) ->

b. Install the program

Using CutePDF
a. Open the file which you want to PDF in your usual way (e.g. open using MS Word if it is a
Word file for example).
b. On your menu, go to File -> Print.
c. Under the "Choose Printer" option, look for "CutePDF Writer".
d. Click on it and click Ok.
e. A "Save As" dialog will appear, choose the destination which you wish to save it to.
f. By default, the file name will be the same, you may edit it if you want to.
g. Click Save.
h. Your PDF file is created, you will need a PDF reader software, such as Adobe Reader, to
view the PDF file. If you do not have one, you can download it from www.adobe.com.
