Tutorial 3

This document contains a tutorial for the topics of AC circuit analysis and AC circuit power analysis from Electrical and Magnetic Circuits class at IIT Palakkad. It provides 9 example circuit problems involving phasor analysis, Thevenin's theorem, power calculations, and determining source power factor when multiple loads are in parallel. Students are expected to attempt the problems before the tutorial and notify the instructor of any mistakes in the answers.

Topics(L10-L15): AC circuit analysis (sinusoidal steady-state analysis), AC circuit power analysis

Note: Students are required to attempt solving these problems before coming to the tutorial session. Any difficulties
in understanding the stated topics or the given examples and the related discussions would be entertained. If you find
some mistake in the answer, please notify me the corrected answer. All the best.
