ASSESSMENT METHOD HOW TO ADAPT ASSESSMENT METHOD IN DISTANCE LEARNING
Diagnostic/Pre-Test A 10-20 item test will be given to the learners which will be given in printed form. The content of the test will be the topic of the whole grading period . Review Test A 5-10 item test will be given to the learners in printed form which is a review of the previous topics connected or pre-requisite to the recent topic Formative Test- Short quiz Since we are using Learning Activity Sheets, the short quiz content will be just test questions testing the understanding of the learners to the concept presented. The answers to the test must be found in the concept notes. Formative Test – Quick-write The learner will be given open-ended questions which he/she will Learning Assessment answer. The answers may vary depending upon the understanding of the learners to the topic. All answers will be accepted with corresponding points. A teacher-made rubric will be used by the teacher to aid in rating answers. Formative Test – Creative All the questions given will focus on the given pictures/infographics to test learners’ understanding on the topi Formative Test- Reflection Give reflection questions that will allow students to give his/her insights on the topic. Summative Test – A 40 item test will be given with test items percentage as follows: Individualized Paper-pencil 10% - difficult test (printed) 30% - moderate 60% - easy Summative Test – Give 5 item test which will allow learners to solve problems and apply Situational/Practical concepts learned in a unit or chapter. Test/Problem solving Practicum Performance task will be given and rated following the rubrics
