     Suppliers open the website https://ts.witglobal.net/my.policy

     Register with the Token and Log on with the SAP Account

     After Log on suppliers have all transactions they will need for work on test lots

    The test lot has to be closed by making the usage decision. Without the usage decision, the material can not be shipped
    to AW KG!

    Summary & Key Points

    The Test Portal allows Quality Assurance of AW KG to gain a Database of


    every supplier quality inspection with a clearly assignement to the tested
    articles.

    If AW KG occurs as the manufacturer of an Article, the approvals of this


    articles require periodic quality inspections, which have to be documented.
    The Database of the Test Portal could include this periodic inspections.

    Quality defects in a batch of an article will be recognized before the material


    is on the way to AW KG. This saves unnecessary costs for the supplier.

    The incoming inspections in AW KG can be reduced for each supplier, who


    uses the test portal.
