R De Sesto , Principals ,School Heads, Master Teachers and fellow Teachers. Good Morning!

This In-Service Training (INSET) has been considered as crucial to the maintenance and
sustaining the capacity of the teacher to continue to provide quality teaching and learning in the
classroom or what do we call now in this time of pandemic is the modular learning where face to
face class is not allowed. This training aims to  Improve and increase our knowledge of the
content of academic subjects in order to become more qualified  Enable us to acquire new
teaching methods and materials for specific subject content areas   Help us develop skills in
human relations management, Encourage team work among us and most especially train us to
develop interventions or innovations that are applicable in this time of pandemic.

And to formally start our program may I request everyone to please stand for the prayer to be led
by Sir Anthony Ribunal, and please remain standing for the singing of the Pambansang Awit and
the different hymns.

Let us all stand!

Please take your seats. Again I would like to welcome you to our District In-Service Training.

To check who’s in and who’s out May I call on Sir Jaymark Garimbao from Rosario Integrated

And I think we are ready enough for new learnings we can acquire today. So for today’s activity
we will be witnessing demonstration teaching from our equally innovative and dedicated
teachers.
For Grade 1 we have Ma’am Crisanta Balileng Master Teacher 1 of Udiao Elementary school

And Ma ‘am EDitha B. Roaquin Master Teacher 2 of ROSARIO INTEGRATED SCHOOL

And in Grade Four we have Ma’am Ryzza Mae F. Gapuz Teacher 3 of Rosario Integrated School
