    I am Angela A. Munsayac, a third-year accountancy student enrolled here in the university. I


    have received your name from Ms. Richelle Toledo, our professor for the Operation
    Management and Total Quality Management subject, and I would be most grateful if our
    group could meet with you for an interview.

    Our group would like to conduct an interview with you in person and hope that you are
    available on January 15, 2021, Friday. We have prepared for you a few questions with regards
    to certain policies in the treasury department. This would probably take only 15-30 minutes of
    your time. We would be glad to conduct the interview during your most convenient time on the
