logging into canvas and am unable to do so.

As outlined in your college website:

the W student number as well as

" Password: The default Password for Canvas is the first two letters of your first
name, followed by the first two letters of your last name (all lowercase), followed
by the last four digits of your W number."

During my attempt to log in I have imputed my Student ID number as well as the


password as defined in the outline sectioned above

However, I am unable to log in and access my account. In an attempt to resolve this


issue and reset the password on canvas I am not recieving the reset email on either
email address that are tied to my student/ class-web account.

the password reset

to my student account. I am not receiving any reset email unfortunately.

address?

is linked with my account I don't have any other

some other kind of error because the email is slightly different. I'm going to
reach out to your local canvas admins and have them help you reset your password
and fix the email situation

and there isn't anything I can do right now. I need to get you over to a canvas
admin who can change your email for you

for you. Once that is fixed you should be able to receive an email to reset your
password in your regular email.
