COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course covers advance topics from artificial intelligence (AI), and knowledge management/engineering domain. The course starts with an
overview of knowledge management principles, knowledge engineering essentials, and then links it to knowledge based systems. The post
midterm course covers topics related evolutionary algorithms, statistical learning and multi-agent systems. The interconnections of these topics
with the knowledge management systems are established. The topics covered in the course are integrated through a semester long project that
runs in parallel to the course. The course will be conducted online. The resources will include lecture recordings, slides, and handouts.
