V200 User Interface Software
Download and Installation Instructions
The Delta C V200 User Interface software is available for download using a temporary download link.
Please contact Delta C Technologies for this link by email at [email protected] or by phone at
+1-778-489-3000.
The download link is functional for a limited time. You will require a new download link if the previous
link expires.
Once you receive the link, click on it to download the compressed folder through your internet
browser. Please note that the file size exceeds 200MB and a suitable internet connection will be
required. The downloaded folder will be named V200UI-InstallPack (XPVistaWin7 2.0.x).zip.
Extract the contents of this ZIP file to your local drive and then proceed with installation as follows.
The extracted folder contains installation software for all Windows operating systems from Windows XP
to Windows 7, including 64-bit operating systems.
There have been compatibility issues when using the software on Windows 10 PCs due to
frequent Microsoft security updates.
If you need to install the V200UI software on the Windows 10 operating system, you will need to
configure the time/date settings in Windows 10 as described in Delta C document I079.
Alternately, you can run your OS in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
Please note that you will need to start the full installation, even if you are upgrading from an earlier
version of the V200UI.
If you are upgrading, you will need to remove the old Delta C and Crystal Reports software first by
opening Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs, scroll down to and select Delta C, then click on the
‘Remove’ button.
Repeat this procedure for Crystal Reports. The program folder and desktop icons will be removed.
Locate the V200UI-InstallPack now saved on your computer, open the V200UI-InstallPack folder and
run the setup.exe file to start the installation.
Depending on the system configuration of your laptop, you may need to run the installation as
Administrator and you should select to install the software “For everyone on this computer”. The
installation software for each element will prompt you at various points and you can accept all defaults
to complete the installation. Installation should take less than 5 minutes.

When the installation is complete, close the V200UI-InstallPack folder. You will find the Delta C V200UI
application shortcut has been added to the desktop of the computer. You are now ready to
communicate with the Delta C via the V200 User interface.
If you experience a “Unhanded exception…” error for “String was not recognized as a valid Date Time”
while running the “One Point Calibration” wizard, go to Windows Settings and configure the Time/Date
formatting to the Windows system defaults to prevent filename compatibility issues.
Refer to the Delta C I030 V200 User Interface Guide for instructions on using this software. Please
contact Delta C Technologies for the latest revision of the V200UI User Guide.
Copy the most recent version of the I030 (Delta C V200 User Interface Guide) file to the Delta C V200
folder on your ‘C’ drive (replacing the older version installed there). This document explains the use of
the V200UI software and how to manage Calibration files. This document can also be accessed via the
“Help” button in the running V200UI software.
After installation/upgrading is complete and the above documents have been copied, you may delete
the V200UIInstallPack (XPVistaWin7 2.0.x) folder from your PC.
If you have any questions regarding software download or the V200UI, please contact support@delta-
