• Created an inclusive classroom community for a wide range of learners, using a variety of instructional
strategies, assessment approaches, and small-group interventions to build upon student strengths
• Collaborated with grade level team to implement a highly effective daily targeted reading and math small-
group intervention block, improving all students’ reading levels and math understanding
