Part 2

The company where i will be working for is: Ford Motor Company in quality planner position

If the company has to implement quality the first thing is to do analysis of the problems that
we are going to atacck, after that we have the next questions:

What are we going do to improve quality? We have to know the norm Iso 9000, that we going
to help us for improve quality , this is basic in all the companys, and with the next 8 points we
will know how important this is:

1. Customer orientation
2. Leadership in managment
3. Involving all staff
4. Focus on processes
5. Systematic managment
6. Continuous improvement
7. Objective decision making and base on real facts
8. Establish mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

Who is going to be in a charge of training the team? To train the team we going to give
systematic managment courses, and for do this we will hire specialized people, and the human
resources staff will be in charge.

When are we going to have the next meeting? The next meeting will be when the team is
trained and we have applied the Iso 9000 standard. The managers, planners and process coach
of the quality área will participate.

What are you going to do to participate in quality improvement? For improvement of the
quaility i will apply the iso 9,000 standar, in the point number two says leadership in
managment, wich means that as a leader i am going to unify the purpose (the misión) and the
direction of the organization ( the orientation and the goals). I will create and maintain an
internal environment in wich all staff can become fully involved in achieving the ornganization
´s key.
