knitwear, apparels, and other textile products. Established in 1996, since then it has been
growing consistently & continuously improving, enhancing its services and quality of system &
products. Cosy International is proud of having very professionally experienced, technically
oriented & highly motivated staff, which is continuously striving to manufacture quality product
according to the customer's expectations and beyond. Cosy international always strive for
innovative Ideas, product and service.
2. Integrity:
Integrity is important topic for any company. How consumers perceive a company through its
products, image, and reputation has a huge impact on the ultimate value of their company.
Cosy International ensures properly that they are honest with their customers in terms of their
demands e.g.: Quality requirement of a customer should be fulfilled by proper check and balance
so that their honesty with the customers create value in the customers minds as well.
3. Efficiency:
Efficiency is a very focused value of Cosy International as their major customer is Inditex group
which is one of the largest groups of the world.
So, Cosy always try to work on efficiency and install and update to new machines so that the
orders can be finished in proper given time with no defects. They manage their quality with new
technologies to improve efficiency of their work to create their good image in the customers
minds.
4. Teamwork:
Cosy believe in teamwork and they clearly state that If they work like a team they can achieve
success in a very short time with quality also.
They have proper Human Resource department which take care of each and every person of their
team So that they remain motivated and happy to work. They organize a lot of workshops
training programs So, that the employees get motivated that company is investing on them and is
loyal to them.
