Company Profile:
Cosy International is a group of companies engaged in manufacturing and exporting of quality
knitwear, apparels, and other textile products. Established in 1996, since then it has been
growing consistently & continuously improving, enhancing its services and quality of system &
products. Cosy International is proud of having very professionally experienced, technically
oriented & highly motivated staff, which is continuously striving to manufacture quality product
according to the customer's expectations and beyond. Cosy international always strive for
innovative Ideas, product and service.

Cosy International Values:


1. Quality Policy:
They assure customers at the best level of their satisfaction by producing high quality
products. To achieve their quality objectives & goals by the help of their valued professional,
trained & technical employees. They follow the track of continuous improvement in all aspects.
Quality System:
Cosy international maintains a formal documented ‘Quality Management System’, designed
to consistently provide a product that conforms, as a minimum, to the specified requirements.
The system arranged in a three-level format, is being implemented in the company.

2. Integrity:
Integrity is important topic for any company. How consumers perceive a company through its
products, image, and reputation has a huge impact on the ultimate value of their company.
Cosy International ensures properly that they are honest with their customers in terms of their
demands e.g.: Quality requirement of a customer should be fulfilled by proper check and balance
so that their honesty with the customers create value in the customers minds as well.

3. Efficiency:
Efficiency is a very focused value of Cosy International as their major customer is Inditex group
which is one of the largest groups of the world.
So, Cosy always try to work on efficiency and install and update to new machines so that the
orders can be finished in proper given time with no defects. They manage their quality with new
technologies to improve efficiency of their work to create their good image in the customers
minds.
4. Teamwork:
Cosy believe in teamwork and they clearly state that If they work like a team they can achieve
success in a very short time with quality also.
They have proper Human Resource department which take care of each and every person of their
team So that they remain motivated and happy to work. They organize a lot of workshops
training programs So, that the employees get motivated that company is investing on them and is
loyal to them.
Teamwork is necessary for any firm to grow and this point cannot be neglected.

5. Inspiration:
Many companies do not focus on this point, but it is also important that from where a company
should get inspired and then inspire their customers.
So, Cosy has a proper team to track each competitor and others to get new ideas and there is also
a chance to get inspired with any idea which can be helpful for their customers etc.
By tracking competitor moves they can also know what to do next to compete in the market and
to get a competitive advantage.

6. Collaboration:
Sometimes collaboration plays vital role rather than competing, So Cosy believes that if any
competitor wants to collab or anything like that, they appreciate their offers and properly check
and respect their needs and if it is good for their firm, they like to collab with other companies
because it can also make their work easy because it can create their group bigger in the market
and can get more customers.
So, Collaboration is also a focused point for Cosy International.

these values they can get successful and also in search of more focus points also to improve more
in future.
