As Change Lead, I was responsible for the full change lifecycle, including impact analysis, plan preparation and execution,
managing resistance, and the sustainability phase. In addition to the project listed above, I was assigned as the OCM
Workstream lead include:
• Establishment of single sign on for SAP applications
• Retirement of Skype for Business
• Deployment of Microsoft Teams in two phases
• Microsoft end-user adoption
• Organizational engagement and support
• IT changes associated with a joint venture
In supporting the projects listed above, I wrote over 600 communications, approximately 1000 training assets (e.g., job aids,
FAQs, user guides), and hosted over 500 live training events. In addition to my project assignments, I led the creation of
multiple governance committees comprised of senior leaders from all corporate functions to govern the Office 365
environment, establishing reporting procedures, improving governance, and ensuring software adherence to legal,
compliance, and information security protocols.

Led multiple workstreams for the enterprise-wide implementation of operational excellence through five programs and 19
workstreams across 34 tire factories, Global Procurement, and Supply Chain. Deployed a global and standardized plant
optimization process using Six Sigma and Lean approaches to eliminate loss, focused on energy management, asset reliability,
and waste reduction to achieve operational excellence at plants affecting over 30,000 employees. Responsible for deploying
the Supply Chain strategy and organization design, which focused on demand planning, supply planning, and the customer
supply chain, resulting in improved engagement and leaner processes. Responsible for implementing global equipment
standards, driving better control of spend through improved purchasing policies and procedures. Led project to standardize
organization structure at all tire factories, eliminating non-value-added work, freeing up resources and reducing costs.
Led the modernization of the Organizational Change Management methodology and associated tools to ensure all change-
related activities are successfully implemented and executed. Planned, developed and delivered global curriculum for
leading, managing, and influencing change, for executives, leaders, project managers, and project teams. Established and led
the Global OCM Community of Practice with over 120 members to enable growth and sustainment of the competency.

As quality assurance lead for an inventory and asset management system utilizing RFID technology based on identified
software and technical requirements. Designed and deployed strategies, policies, and procedures to support automated
purchasing workflows from creation of the PO through receipt of goods. Authored test scripts and test scenarios for use
during user acceptance testing. Created online, context sensitive end user help documentation for multiple software
deployments. As part of a major business process reengineering program, designed and deployed strategies, policies, and
procedures to support automated purchasing system from creation of the PO through receipt of goods. Developed web-
enabled knowledge asset repositories to support customer and business needs. Conducted stakeholder meetings throughout
the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with contract and deliverables. Customers included: US Army, US Coast Guard,
EPA, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Education, CSC, others.
