RANSTAD PROFESSIONALS, CONSULTANT


As a consultant in the IT organization of a global pharmaceutical company, I led all aspects of the organizational changes
associated with enterprise-wide technology projects, as well as served as project manager or advisor on many of them. In
addition to functioning as the Change Lead for the following projects, I served as Program Manager and, was responsible for
all aspects associated with the initiation, planning, execution, and closure:
• Deployment of a two factor authentication solution, a first for the enterprise
• Modernization of the IT PMO Toolkit
• Transition to a new company Internet solution

As Change Lead, I was responsible for the full change lifecycle, including impact analysis, plan preparation and execution,
managing resistance, and the sustainability phase. In addition to the project listed above, I was assigned as the OCM
Workstream lead include:
• Establishment of single sign on for SAP applications

workstreams across 34 tire factories, Global Procurement, and Supply Chain. Deployed a global and standardized plant
optimization process using Six Sigma and Lean approaches to eliminate loss, focused on energy management, asset reliability,
and waste reduction to achieve operational excellence at plants affecting over 30,000 employees. Responsible for deploying
the Supply Chain strategy and organization design, which focused on demand planning, supply planning, and the customer
supply chain, resulting in improved engagement and leaner processes. Responsible for implementing global equipment
standards, driving better control of spend through improved purchasing policies and procedures. Led project to standardize
