1. Yes. I do eat meals regularly.
2. The danger or harm of eating junk and unhealthy foods may not immediately effect but over the years.
Diabetes is at hand and its symptoms may come out late. We better eat healthy foods and be cautious in
taking other foods while young.
3. I usually eat at the dining table with my siblings, but because I have a lot of work to do, I have to eat it at my
study.
4. I believe I will be able to follow the dietary guidelines because I know I will benefit from it. To myself healthy,
which is awesome because I should help myself develop a healthier lifestyle.
