1. What did the result of the Fitness Test reveal about your present fitness level?
Based on my physical fitness result I think I need improvement to enhance myskill

2. Which tests did you score satisfactorily? Poorly? What should you do about it?
The test that satisfactory for me is the stork stand because it's easy to do and standing on
one leg not only helps rehabilitate the ankle, it also appears to reduce knee and hip pain the
hardest is the push up because it is not easy to do.
