Intro to Spanish - Proyecto del menú

You are going to create a menu for your very own restaurant! You will be able to
use all of the food and drink vocabulary and phrases that we have learned during
this unit to complete this assignment.

We will start this assignment in class, and you will finish it at home. Follow the
guidelines below to complete the project!

Guidelines
Step 1: Fold your paper into a tri-fold menu. Look at the diagram below for help.

Each panel of your menu will contain different information about your restaurant.

Step 2: Begin to brainstorm information for each panel. The panels should
include the following information:

Front Panel:
- Name of restaurant (in SPANISH)
- Restaurant Logo
- Address, Phone Number, Hours of operation (in Spanish? = Extra credit!!)

Inside Left Panel:


- 4 Breakfast items:
o Name (in SPANISH), Picture, and PRICE in SPANISH NUMBERS

Inside Middle Panel:


- 4 Lunch items
o Name (in SPANISH), Picture, and PRICE in SPANISH NUMBERS

Inside Right Panel:


- 4 Dinner items
o Name (in SPANISH), Picture, and PRICE in SPANISH NUMBERS

Back Panel:
- 5 celebrity restaurant reviews in SPANISH
o Ejemplo: Lil’ Wayne: “¡La sopa de pollo está rica!

Step 3: Create your Spanish menu. Make sure it is colorful! Do not draw in pen
or pencil during lunch before you come to class! You can draw or cut/paste
pictures from the computer/magazines/newspapers.

Step 4: Bring your completed menu to class on the due date.

This project will be worth 30 total points. The breakdown of


points is as follows:
