DO 41 - Noted Defects

The document provides definitions and classifications for various road defects and deficiencies. It identifies six types of defects that can be recorded under Code 01 as potholes, including bowl-shaped depressions, delamination, slippage cracking, edge breaks, spalling, and chuck-holes. It also defines Code 02 as alligator cracking and Code 03 as major scaling of concrete surfaces. Recommended corrective treatments include patching and replacing damaged areas.
