In the production of small liquid nitrogen generator, Huilin is a world leader in technology. HUILIN
small liquid nitrogen generator adopts cryogenic mixed working medium throttling refrigerator. It is
based on the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. The high,
middle and low boiling point pure components are selected to compose multi-component mixed
refrigerants. The relay matching of effective refrigeration temperature zones of each boiling point
component is realized. It can be cooled from ambient temperature to -196 ° C, the purpose of nitrogen
liquefaction (-180 ° C @ 0.6 MPa) is achieved.

HUILIN small liquid nitrogen generator has the characteristics of automatic unattended operation,
small floor space, fast liquid nitrogen output, mature technology, convenient maintenance and low
noise.

Huilin small liquid nitrogen machine is widely used in embryo breeding, clinical medicine, seafood

1.2 Main Technical Data:

1.3 Process description:

The air compressor provides compressed air and enters the air purification system.
The air purification system consists of a freeze dryer, three-stages filter, and a
high-efficiency degreasing purifier. After the air purification system removes water,
removes dust, and removes oil, it is clean. The compressed air enters the pressure
swing adsorption(PSA) nitrogen generator to obtain nitrogen of acceptable purity.
Nitrogen enters the nitrogen liquefier. The nitrogen liquefier consists of a pre-cooling
refrigerator and a mixed-refrigerant J-T refrigerator. The mixed-refrigerant J-T
refrigerator is a mixed working medium composed of various refrigerants, which can
reach a low temperature of -196℃. Nitrogen is fully exchanged with the heat exchanger
of the main compressor to become liquid nitrogen, flows out from the nitrogen
liquefier outlet valve, and enters the liquid nitrogen storage tank for use.

About the after-sales services of the equipment purchased by Your Monsignor, the HUILIN Company

1. The HUILIN engineers will take the responsibility to installation guide, debug, and application training.

2. Engineers of HUILIN will conduct professional training to the stuff. The major contents of training
include: the principle of equipment ", structure and function, the routine maintenance, and the use of
equipment and solutions. Trainings enable the user's staff to have the ability of skillful and independent
operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, and to resolve general malfunction.

3. Engineers would establish computer files for each equipment, and will regularly remind users to record
the operation of equipment, update the records of equipment, and maintenance the equipments. They
will survey about uses of product and consult service views.

4. The HUILIN provides equipment for a period of 12 months. The warranty period counts on the date of
acceptance. In the warranty period, the replacement of accessories should be recognized by engineers of
HUILIN, and the replacement of accessories is free and the amount of replacement is not limited, and
the replacement parts from the equipment belong to HUILIN Company to handle. In the period,
HUILIN provides free equipment system software upgrade. And out of the warranty period, HUILIN
will continue to provide rapid service.

5. The HUILIN Company maintains adequate spare parts inventory in the types of user’s equipment, and
provides user with the concessions supply of accessories and free technical advisory services.
