Complaint Letter
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about your changing my mobile phone contract without letting me know. I have been your customer for the last two years and when I signed with your company, I was not told that the contract would have changed after two years. For your information, when I chose your mobile phone company it was for the convenient monthly fee. As I do not need the unlimited minutes and Internet service, I was surprised to find a message from your company telling me I now had these services with a different monthly service charge. I would be grateful if my service could be restored to its original service plan and monthly fee. If this does not happen, I am sorry to say I will have to find another mobile phone company. Thank you in advance for your prompt response. Yours faithfully, Assunta Altieri
