2 Pairing
Insert IdeaShare Key in an endpoint. Wait until
a message is displayed indicating that IdeaShare
Key issuccessfully paired on the endpoint’s user
interface.

Ensure that the to-be-paired endpoint is of the

required version.

3 Installation
Install the IdeaShare Key program on the PC for
the first time.

1 Remove the paired IdeaShare Key from

endpoint and connect it to the USB port of
the PC.
2 Double-click IdeaShare key.exe to install the
program.

The path of the installation file varies

according to the operating system version.

For example, in Windows 10 Professional,

the path is This PC > IdeaShare Key >
IdeaShare Key.exe.

4 Operation
To share the screen using IdeaShare Key,
perform the following steps:

1 Insert IdeaShare Key in the USB port of the

PC.

Wait until a message is displayed, indicating

that the connection is successful and the
LED indicator turns blue at low brightness.

2 Press the button on IdeaShare Key to share

the PC screen and audio to endpoint. Then
you can watch the PC screen on endpoint.

Press the button again to stop sharing.

authorized dealers to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship, under proper use and in normal conditions,
during the expressed warranty period.
Special Notice:
1. The terms of warranty expressed in the purchase
contract enjoy higher validity than the terms expressed
within this card. This card is intended to be used solely
as a warranty certificate.
2. The warranty card must be preserved in good condition
and free of any scratch or alterations.
3. The warranty card must be presented to the authorized
service technician when the product is being returned
for repairs.
This warranty card does not cover defects caused by:
1. Modifications and alterations performed on the
warranted product by parties other than authorized
dealers.
2. Damage caused by using the product under inadequate
operating environments.
3. Force majeure including but not limited to fires,
earthquakes, lightning storms, and tsunami.
4. Operations performed on the product unexpressed
within User Guide.
5. Normal wear and tear of components, including but not

6. The warranty card is altered or rendered illegible, or the

inconsistent with the serial number imprinted or labeled

For cases not included within this limited warranty, not
applicable, or where the warranty is rendered void or
expired, we reserve the right to charge for the repair
services should the said products be capable of being
repaired.
