What to do :

PIZZA
Ingredients : 300 gram of flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 100 m tomato paste, a handful of grated
mozzarella cheese and a handful of cut cherry tomatoes.
Steps :
(1) Mix flour, instant yeast and salt in large bowl. Then pour in 200 ml warm water and olive oil.
(2) Mix all the ingredients wit a wooden spoon until the dough is soft and fairly wet. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
(3) Cover the bowl with a tea towel, leave the dough for a while.
(4) Prepare the sauce: mix the tomato paste, basil and crushed garlic. Leave the sauce at a room temperature.
(5) Go back to the dough. If the dough rises, give it a quick knead.
(6) Split the dough into two balls. Each ball of dough makes one pizza.
(7) On a floured surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Make large dough.
(8) Put each round dough on a baking tray, and put the sauce over it.
(9) Scatter the cheese and tomatoes on the dough, then drizzle it with olive oil. Put the tray into the oven.
(10) Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes.
(11) The delicious pizza is ready to be served!
Curried Rice
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups water
Procedure
Find a large saucepan or frying pan which has a lid,
place on a medium heat, add butter, and then add
chopped onion. Cook the onion for a couple of
minutes until it starts to brown slightly.
Add curry powder stir with onions for a minute.
Add raisins, rice, and water.
Put on lid and simmer until water is absorbed (about
15 minutes)
