COMES NOW the Plaintiff, FIRST AMERICAN BANK, by and through its
9/17, hereby files this its Motion to Reset Sale Date, and, in support thereof states:
1. On June 26, 2017, this Court entered its Final Judgment of Foreclosure
against Defendants.

The legal description of the Property is:
“Lot 37 of the Fox Hill Estates of Boca Raton, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 4, of the Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida.”
Commonly known as 17685 Circle Pond Court, Boca Raton, Florida 33496-1002 (“Property”)
3. By Order, dated August 8, 2010, this Court cancelled the August 10, 2017
foreclosure sale and reset the foreclosure sale for September 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
September 12, 2017 were cancelled. See Administrative Order No. 2017-12.704-9/17.
Court enter an Order resetting the foreclosure sale of the Property as soon as possible,
together with such further and other relief as the Court deems just and appropriate under
the circumstances.
