younger brother and my maternal grandmother.

My father is a Barber, My mother is a homemaker, my sister in 12th grade, my brother in 9th

grade. I'm the first Graduator in my family. I'm very proud to tell this is I'm a one of scholar in
cognizant outreach.

● Why should I hire you?
As a fresher, I don't have any work experience and there could be many candidates with the
same skills set like mine, but I am hungry to learn, I am coachable & I'm passionate about work
and this is the main reason why you should hire me. If you give me an opportunity to prove that I
have the zeal in me to learn, I promise to prove to you that your decision of selecting me will not
be wrong.
● What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Quick learner, honest, like to take challenges

● Why do you want to work at our company?

as a fresher I have a dream of working in one of the reputed companies like yours. I need a
platform to improve my technical knowledge. So I think this company will be a good start for my
career and, if I got selected to work for the company, I would get an opportunity to improve my
practical skills and knowledge, and I will give my 100% towards the betterment of the
organisation.

● What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

If you believe you can do it, that's the confidence,

But if you think nobody can do it except me, that's the over confidence.

● What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work is completing a task within a particular amount of time, by using a certain amount of
energy.

Smart work is completing that same task using less time & energy.
● How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
I don't have any problem to work at night in weekend because I am a fresher, my first priority to
gain More knowledge and experience, because I think company growth is directly related to
employee growth, if it is necessary to work in night, I will with my company in any situation.

● Can you work under pressure?

Yes, sir, I think pressure makes us more efficient and confidence and we may learn many things
during that time and handle the responsibility more perfect.

● Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes sir, depending upon the needs and requirements of the company, I will not have any issue
with the relocation. It would be my pleasure to relocate myself because I will be able to get a lot
of knowledge and a lot of experience from different cultures and different kinds of people, which
will be beneficial for me as well as for my company and changes are always for good.

● What are your goals?

 I have two goals, the first one is the short-term goal and the second one is a long-term goal.

My short-term goal is to get a job in a well-reputed company like yours to learn a new set of skills
and the long-term goal is to be in a reputed position in that organization.

● What motivates you to do good job?

Positive thoughts always motivates me and makes me work harder to achieve my goals and
target.

My family is also a big motivation for me

● What makes you angry?

Failure makes me angry but at that time if I manage the situation that is the next step to my
success

● Give me an example of your creativity.

Creativity is natural in everyone. Some people have some special quality, but that is not their
creativity.

I think creativity means, in every situation or every kind of problems, you handled it, in an
effective or positive manner without hurting anyone

● How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Sir, I think your company will provide me with ample growth opportunities in the future. So, as
long as the company is satisfied with my work. And as long as I am satisfied with my career
growth. I would continue working here.

● Are not you overqualified for this position?

No, mam I don't think so. Because there is lot to learn in this world. So, I can never be
overqualified, yes I can be qualified in particular fields. So this position is like my another field

● Describe your ideal company, location and job.

Well, according to me, the ideal company is the company which provides a healthy and
motivated environment to their employees and give best opportunities to enhance their career.
The ideal job is the job where the employee gets more benefits and opportunities to prove
themselves. So where these conditions are present that is the best location for me.

● What are your career options right now?

As a fresh candidate my career option right now is to gain knowledge and earn experience from
new new challenges and to upgrade myself according.

● Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

Sir, I think honesty with work discipline and punctuality hard work are the best assets for a
company and I will never give you any chance of complaint

● What are your outside interests?

 Travelling, because this go to an opportunities meet the new person.

And listening song, because it's a mind fresher and stress realizes.
● Would you lie for the company?
Sir, It depends on the Situation. Because lie telling for a company is a good sign of good
employee but Not sign of good person and loyal person. Its a kind of humanity. If our lie makes
our organisation safe from anu trouble without hearing anybody. Then. You can tell lie.
Otherwise, tell the truth. 100%
● Who has inspired you in your life and why?
My parents because they are always here for me, to support in my dreams, loving and caring
● What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
Decisions are not tough until we don't have a clear idea about our options. I don't face such
difficulty because.

I am always working on my options to choose my best.

● Have you considered starting your own business?

NO, I don't have plans to start my own business. I am more focus to build my career with your
company which I believe this company could give me a stable job and have fun while I am
working.
● How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own
definition?
Success comes from failure, depression, hardworking and many more factors. It depends on us
how why come up with the solutions and how well we understand ourselfs. If you commit any
mistakes, you have to analysis ourselfs, or if you get failures in your life, don't get depress who
knows you may going to the right way.

● If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

Of course, I'm sir!

The lottery is my luck. It doesn't mean that my luck can rule my life

As per my knowledge, your company is fast growing, a well-reputed company in the market,
employee oriented and also your company provides lots of opportunity in future and well defined
adaptable atmosphere

● How much salary do you expect?

As a fresher, my first priority to start my career, so I am satisfied with whatever salary you want
to give on the basis of my knowledge and qualification.

● Where do you see yourself five years from now?

In five years, I would like to see myself in a leading position with more responsibility, knowledge,
and skills. I would be more mature regarding my personality and taking decisions for this
organisation and encourage my juniors to give their best.

● Why did you resign from your previous job?
First, I'm very thankful to my previous organisation as I learnt a lot of skills like team
management, working under pressure, punctuality,.etc. and I feel that change is a part of life and
I want to grow myself professionally and financially.

I feel this company is best to enhance my knowledge and I am very much interested in this job to
take up a new role and also the challenges coming with it to enhance my skills and overall
development.

● Why have you been out of work so long?

To be frank, I have a family problem my parents need's me and they're not willing to send me out
to do the job in long distance. So I am doing the small job so now, I want to grow up my carrier
so now my parents are willing to send me out & I am searching new job

● Why have you had so many jobs?

I want to improve my knowledge as well as skills. I can't see many jobs its a steps to improve my
knowledge.

● Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Sir,

Firstly, Nothing is perfect in this world. So whenever someone criticized my work I never feel bad
because they are telling me the mistake and it give me to improve my knowledge.

● Could you have done better in your last job?

I think in overall I have performed well in most area of my job, which was done through my
strength, commitment, hardworking and honestly

● Tell me about the most boring job you have ever had.
Every job is interesting but it is based on our self to make boring or more interesting job

My company is not aware that I'm looking for other opportunities, I will be gladly giving you the
reference once I get selected for this job as my records are very clears

● How many hours a week do you normally work?

Sir, for me getting work done is more important than counting hours.

● What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?

 Challenge is not toughest, but the way we choose to come out with challenge actually matters. If
you are enough capable to take the right decision challenge may convert in a great opportunity.

● Have you been absent from work more than a few days in any
previous position?
Yes But i have true reason for that and my absence make no issue in target completion.

● What changes would you make if you came on board?

Sir there are so many experienced persons in board. May be they're know something better then
me. So I would not change anything but I would add something additional to ongoing
projects/plans/environment with my experience and skills

● What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea, but you
think it stinks?
I would listen carefully to his idea and make him feel respected in the way I will present my own
idea then allow him to make the final decision as my boss then carry on with the implementation

● How could you have improved your career progress?

There is only two key of success full life positive attitude (trust yourself), hard work/dedication
towards your goal, result will come soon or later.

● Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your
boss (company, management team, etc.)
There are many strong points in my boss and it is difficult to choose a few, but the most things
which I have observed and learnt from him are that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be
punctual, open minded and smart hard worker. Coming to the weak points, as human beings,
everyone has weak points but I think I am not the right person to judge him

● Looking back on your last position, have you done your best work?
Sir, I can only say that there is always a scope for improvement. So, I did the work in best
possible way and my seniors were happy with my work

● Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote
someone from within?
In my own perspective point of view, a new employer is someone that can give fresh ideas that
can improve to the company which I think every company needed so I think your company
deserves more interesting and new ideas and I think I am the best person that suit to it

● How do you feel about reporting to a younger person?

Yes of course. Age does not mater because he is talented so that he is in that position with out
any feeling I will report that person. I will take him as my inspiration to grow thoroughly and work
hard for it
● Looking back, what would you do differently in your life?
 ● Everything that happens in our life has a cause be it good or bad. What is done is done. I
would not change anything because good things have always encouraged me to do more
good and my mistakes and failures have helped me improve myself

● Why are not you earning more money at this stage of your career?

Because, I am not money minded person, I prefer future growth, job satisfaction and happy
family life. I am career oriented person and I believe that if career is on right track, money can
come automatically.
