Position Information
Title Field Officer for Action Program
Reports to Program Manager

become both the creator and implementer of health-related initiatives.
Selection Criteria
• Master or bachelor degree in health background
• Prefebly for those who are have not married yet and under 35 years old
• Experience in community empowerment at least for two years
• Having knowledge of systems and government guidelines related to
COVID-19
• Good communication skills and oral presentations
• Having initiative, able to work both independently and as a team
• Having sensitivity and concern to countermeasures COVID-19
• Strong interpersonal skills; relationship building; and effective problem-
solving.
• Interested in Community Development
• Knowledge of rural and social development issues in Indonesia regarding
to health development.
• Familiar with local government systems
• Willing to be deployed in any Puskesmas (where Covid-19 cases are
concentrated)
Core Responsibilities
Program Implementation; Involved in every phase of program implementation
with a responsibility to ensure the key actions being delivered so that the
outcome of the programs to be achieved.
Duties
• Conduct a needs assessment to increase the capacity of health workers
and volunteers related to response COVID-19;
• Coordinate with cross-sectors and stakeholders in activating and
optimizing the role of COVID-19 Response Acceleration Task Force in
district and sub-district level;
• Mapping risky and marginal groups such as people with HIV, people with
discrimination of sexual orientation, pregnant women, toddlers, elderly
and patients with comorbid;
• Assist volunteer involvement in testing, tracing and testing activities;
• Assist health centers (Puskesmas) in strengthening case traceability;
• Do the advocacy in the strengthening test capacity in the area;
• Do the advocacy to ensure vulnerable groups get the essentials service;
• Plan public campaign activities about COVID19;
• Plan and implement training for the community in providing personal
protective equipment and hygiene facilities that support the prevention of
COVID19;
• Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of the training;
• Generate achievement reports and barriers in program implementation;
