Pilot’s Listing Checklist


Thank you for registering with Pilots4Rent.com. This checklist is designed to explain and help make sure each pilot can quickly
accomplish the listing requirements. There are 5 steps to accomplish before we can begin creating your custom online listing.
(This form is not required. It is simply an aid to the applicant.)

Please make sure you emailed a:

1) Completed appropriate Registration form and submitted it

2) Copy of your Resume in ".doc" or "html" format. PDF files cannot be updated, and the counter will not work
2.a) Check your Resume for online Security
Recommendations: Remove street #'s and Zip Codes
Remove Personal & Family Info.
Do NOT include SSN or certificate#'s

3) Digital Photo of yourself in "jpg" format. Remember this IS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION!
Note: Your picture will be cropped and sized to face and shoulders shot. It is Okay to Smile! Employers want to
see your eyes so remove those cool sunglasses. Small, Low resolution pictures often come out very grainy
online when stretched for the Bio.

4) Verification Documents: These are for verification only and will not be available to operators.
4a.) Copy of your Color Scanned Pilot's Certificate (front & back)
The new airman certificates are unreadable in black and white or faxes
4b) Copy of your current Medical
4c) Copy of your aircraft training records for which you wish to be listed (nothing over 24 months)
4d) Copy of Last International Procedures Training Certificate if to be listed as internationally qualified

5) Activate your Subscription account: (http://pilots4rent.com/allsubscribe.htm)


You can choose:
**Month-to-Month Subscription thru your PayPal account
(cancellable by you at any time, charges on the same day each month)
*3 month Block subscription via your credit card (no PayPal act required)
*6 month Block subscription via your credit card (no PayPal act required)
*12 month Block subscription via your credit card (no PayPal act required)
You must use the link off of the Pilots4Rent.com website to activate the account.
*Actual date that the subscription starts will be the date that the listing is online for block subscriptions.
**Month to month subscriptions have 7 days to get all their documents to the Webmaster before charged.

You can Snail Mail documents and checks, but the electronic mail is the preferred method, and will get you online faster.
Each listing is custom built and maintained by the Webmaster. Nothing is automated.
