Sub Contract Agreement

This subcontract agreement is between Al Dai Construction Wll and RSS Trading and Contracting for the supply and installation of LV cable at the City Gate Hotel in Doha, Qatar. The subcontractor will perform the work according to the contractor's instructions and complete the technical and commercial scope of work by April 1, 2021. Payment will be made in three milestones - 50% as an advance, 30% on completing the basement work, and 20% on handing over the full work. The subcontractor provides a warranty for their workmanship but not for damages from power supply issues.

The terms and conditions of the Agreement are described below.

Scope of Work:
Supply and Installation of LV Cable for renovation work at City Gate Hotel, Doha, Qatar.

General Terms and Conditions:


1. The contract shall become effective upon signed by both parties.
2. Any part of the work done prior to this contract shall not be considered as part of the agreement.
3. The sub-contractor shall follow the instructions of the contractor and perform their work as per their
instruction covered as per the technical scope of work.
4. All Technical and Commercial Scope of work to be followed and completed as per the attached proposal Ref:
RSSTC-SUB/MEP-2021-159 Dated: 01-Apr-2021.
5. Any work performed by the sub-contractor which are under non-compliance of this agreement should be
corrected and completed as per the scope of this agreement within 7 days failing to which contract will be
liable to recover the cost from the sub-contractor.

Payment Terms:
The payment terms under this agreement shall be followed as per the following three payment mile stones.
The total contact value as agreed in the commercial proposal is QR. 5,07,456.00

1. 50% of the total contract value to be paid as advance prior to the start of the work.
2. 30% of the total contract value to be paid on completion of the basement area work.
3. 20% of the total contract value to be paid on completion and handover of the full work.

Warranty:
The subcontractor will provide warranty only against their technical workmanship. Any damage or malfunctions
happened due to the power supply will not be covered in their warranty.

We have read and understood all the terms and condition of this agreement and hereby sign and stamp.
