MARTHA: What's the weather like today? Would you like to have some coffee?

JANE: Are your grandparents doing well?

MARTHA: She is my grandmother. Does she live in Paris?

JANE: Where do you live? Have you ever lived in a big city?

JANE: We enjoyed watching TV.

MARTHA: How do you like it?

JANE: That movie franchise sucks.

MARTHA: Do you have a good example?

JANE: Anakin Skywalker is a tragic character.

MARTHA: Is that it?

JANE: Could I ask you to do me a big favor? We need a car big enough for the whole
family. We're a great big happy family. I miss my cousins.

MARTHA: Could you give me a minute?

JANE: Is it really that big a deal? I am afraid I have to go.

MARTHA: Do you mind waiting an extra hour so I can read more of my book?

MARTHA: Will you let me know when you're here? I have bought the car.

MARTHA: Will you be free tomorrow evening?

MARTHA: Can you help me?

JANE: Show me that list. (LOOKS THROUGH THE LIST) What is that?

MARTHA: I can’t make up my mind.

JANE: When I read the list of ingredients, my stomach turned. Avocados are nasty.

JANE: Let's get out of here. You owe me one because that caused me a great deal of
pain.

MARTHA: How do you like it? It wasn't a big store, right?

JANE: That store was not a big one, was it? That was a big help.

MARTHA: When are we going to start the grill? Can we stop pretending to like kale?
Are you going to have a blue birthday cake for your next birthday?. I was so
thirsty I couldn't wait to get a drink of water.

JANE: We can get ice cream. You have a big stain on your sweater.

MARTHA: Do you eat ice cream? He is a big eater.


JANE: That's a big problem.

MARTHA: Babies are so cute but fragile.

JANE: I hope your trip is relaxing. Russia is a very big country. They speak
English at work.

JANE: They don’t have any money. Tom had big money problems. Tom doesn't have to go
if he doesn't want to.

MARTHA: You can’t go out with everyone who fancies you.

JANE: Tom was in a big hurry. Tom gave Mary a big wink. Tom gave Mary a big kiss.
He fell for her big time.

MARTHA: Who told you that? That's an outright lie. Tom has some pretty big shoes to
fill. You've just made a very big mistake.

JANE: Do you think you're bigger than Tom? His boss might get angry with his tone.

HOSTESS: This hall holds 2,000 people.

JANE: Do you know that man with a big hat on? He is the happiest man alive. Does he
open the door?

JANE: Could I open the door?

MARTHA: Will you open the door? Can’t you open the door?

JANE: What room am I in? It's not a big room, but it's beautiful.

MARTHA: How did you come by such a big sum of money?

JANE: It was the most exciting match I’ve ever seen.

MARTHA: There are just so many card games.

JANE: What are you excited about that’s going to happen soon?

MARTHA: Imagination is something that's so important.

JANE: Problem solving is important.

MARTHA: I wish I could talk to you about art.

JANE: How about just a nice, big hug?

MARTHA: Once you begin, you must continue.
