Project: Workday migration project
Description: Migrate Cito’s Wealth Management division HCM, Benefits and Payroll functionality
from legacy HRIS system to Workday and implement all the functional and inbound and outbound
integrations with their vendors.
Responsibilities:
 Experience in HCM core, compensation, and benefits– organizations, business process,
compensation, security groups and policies, period schedule, payroll run category, payroll
earnings and deductions, pay group and payroll input configurations.
 Developed and unit tested studio integration and used document upload web service to
upload performance review documents into workday.
 Handled change deduction integrations for reporting medical, dental, dependents change to
benefit providers.
 Developed and unit tested integration for processing retirement savings 401k
contributions for Vanguard.
 Traced and debugged integrations and addressed performance issues from production
team.
 Developed and unit tested studio integration to handle beneficiary changes for medical

Role: HRIS Assistant
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for recruiting new hires and processing new hires (on-board) and termination
(off-board) using Workday HRIS system.
 Coordinated with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
 Screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, salary, availability and more.
 Handled E-verify, I9, Audits, I9 re-verification for new hires and rehires through USCIS and
DHS.
 Resolves issues with new hires regarding access to systems, payroll, benefits and managed
security groups.
 Assisted with HR / payroll to update pay group and resolve audit errors.
 Assisted with open enrollment, benefits enrollment, insurance billings, and reporting
requests.
 Worked closely with payroll to include payroll overrides, changes to deductions, accruals,
special circumstances, new hires, exit employees are processed correctly
 Update wage increases.
 Processed bi-weekly payroll utilizing payroll and assist team member on processing
payroll for employees paid on a weekly basis.
 Managed 401(k) along with the distribution process of the 401(k). Sets up and maintains
records for payroll deferrals and processed retirement contribution changes.
