Job Specifications

 Responsible of inputting data (Primerica Insurance Life project) to the database program. Also performs other
related duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Duties and responsibilities

 Ensures the correct and timely Report issuance particularly standard files in relation to the productivity and
quality targets of the Operations Department.
 Accurately and efficiently encodes information in the user application based on received trade documents,
Comprehensive Import Supervision Scheme (CISS) Contract Country Instructions, Business Rules, and other
related or similar references.
 Checks the information quality of documents and ensures that these are properly registered in the system.
Checks completeness of worksheet and other related documents prepared by Trade Analyst (TA) and give
feedback if necessary before encoding the details in the user application system.
 Provides suggestions on process improvements.
 Reports to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage
coming to his/her knowledge.

 Good mentoring and motivating skills


 Good oral and written communication skills in both Filipino and English
 Has keen eyes on small details, very meticulous and accurate
 Highly organized, able to do multi-tasking, resourceful and results-oriented
 Has leadership quality and able to deliver work independently
 Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality
 Sensitivity to the needs of every individual to be treated with respect and fairness
 High standards of performance and commitment to excellence
