What are spreadsheets used for?
Spreadsheets can be used for keeping track
of the work, and status of the company for
example sainsburys will have a
spreadsheet of all the items, quantity the
have and how much they have.

The spreadsheets help improve the productivity


because, we can easily see what stuff people
are ordering the most of and they know what
to make or preorder more often. Also
spreadsheets can improve speed, because we
can program, excel to do the math necessary,
also we can organise it, to make it
understandable to read.
How spreadsheets improve accuracy
Spreadsheets can improve accuracy, by sorting
out all the information such as prices, stock
etc. This helps because it helps keep an
orderly information for all the stuff so you can
tell what needs to be ordered, restocked and
more. Also it can flag errors, before they get
through, this can increase data accuracy a lot.

Spreadsheets help improve usability, because
they are very easy to use and understand to
any user. We have to consider both sides of
