I think it’s quite interesting and enthusiastic as employees at Badger mining are provided
empowerment as a salient feature. The company is not only focused on monetary benefits and
profits it also spots light on improving lives of employees individually. This type of approach is
positive reinforcement that is causing corroborative behavior of employees. Employees are
consulted in each and every process of the company which makes them feel they are given high
importance and their work is appreciated and recognized after completion of a task.

People who are engaged in technical department of this organization are also given an
opportunity to participate in the design process, communicating with contractor, choosing the
dealer and required tools.
This statement describes that the concept of quality control circles are implemented in this
company where assistance of employees is provided whose skills set is similar who are working
together to simplify the project.

I think open book management would be effective in achieving company’s goal and maximizing
the output because this would visualize employees to where they are standing currently and
teaching them different ways to take corrective actions and decisions. Since this company have
exceptional cohesiveness in group coordination which will result in employees making smart
decisions and consulting each other that will provide them different views to solve problems that
will make company grow.

They have enhanced the wellness program, flexible scheduling, freedom on takeoff time for
family matters, standard health coverage, personal health coaching for every individual. Linda
Azrt states when she develops different types programs she gets the assistance of her
employees to make them motivated through empowerment.
This company contains the climate of participative management because employees are given
such facilities and resources that they are loyal to this company and want to exert their 100% at
work. When employees were given a say in crafting process, communicating with contract
associated individual and choosing the dealer and appropriate tools, they were in turn
promoted for the Taylor project, those employees were compassionate to work eagerly in
different processes of the company. The best effect of this program was that group
coordination improved exponentially and high results were generated as a outcome.

I would love to work in a company that gives their employees a say in each and every process.
Working not only in my specific area but participating in different projects as well as getting
presented with different challenging task will help my experience to grow and my skill set rich.
It will also help me concentrate on my personal goals as well getting my life back on track.
