Bunkley's Deli is located in Stamford, Texas and is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. It originally opened in the old Bunkley pharmacy building in 2010 and still maintains the look and feel of the original pharmacy. The deli serves breakfast, lunch, soups, salads, kids meals, beverages, desserts and has a soda fountain. A variety of sandwiches, pastas, and daily specials are offered for lunch.

In 1908 the Bunkley building was built on the square in Stamford. B. Yates
and Harry Yates both owned the building from 1922 – 1947 using it as a
pharmacy for Stamford. C.E. Bunkley purchased the building in 1947 he also
used the building for a pharmacy. C.E. Bunkley also had a soda fountain
and sandwich shop while he owned the building. Mr. Bunkley sold the build-
ing in 2005 when he retired. Charlotte Ham purchased the building in 2010.
She opened Bunkley’s Deli in the old pharmacy building. She not only has a
deli, but there is also a working soda fountain. Charlotte has kept much of
the looks of the pharmacy in remembrance of C.E. Bunkley
