• To Make ELS directory on B:\ type md els • Then type cd els to check directory has been created. Display will show as B:\Els> • Make DATA directory in ELS folder. To make data directory type command as md data, then enter.
SANDS CMRI FILE TRANSFER from PC to MRI
(1) Copy the WinMAS 1.1.exe given in the attachment in to your hard disk of your computer.
(2) Connect 9pin to 9pin cable between MRI and PC available with Sands MRI.
(2) Run WS.exe in the MRI from the root B:\ directory on MRI. (“B:\ws.exe" and press enter). MRI Display will show “Wins Ver”.
(3) Double Click on WinMAS 1.1.exe from the PC (from the path where u have copied in your Hard Disk)
(4) Select the COM port and click on OPEN PORT button. Click on OK Button (6) Select EXPORT option, then select the file to be transfer (Extracted files ),
(7) Upon connecting to MRI (ensure WS.exe is running in MRI) software will ask for the Select CMRI end Destination path.Enter the path as “B:\ELS\”.
After all the files are transfer of all file into CMRI, EXPORT OVER message will prompt SANDS CMRI FILE TRANSFER from MRI to PC
Please follow the instructions to work with the new set of WinMAS & WS
(1) Copy the WinMAS 1.1.exe given in the attachment in to your hard disk of your computer.
(2) Connect 9pin to 9pin cable between MRI and PC available with Sands MRI.
(2) Run WS.exe in the MRI from the root B:\ directory on MRI. (“B:\ws.exe" and press enter). MRI Display will show “Wins Ver 1.00”.
(3) Double Click on WinMAS 1.1.exe from the PC (from the path where u have copied in your Hard Disk)
(4) Select the COM port and click on OPEN PORT button.
Click on ok option (6) Select Import option it will ask for “Enter CMRI End source Path name”, then type B:\ELS\DATA\*.MSR
Click on ok option
(7) Then there will be handshaking between MRI and PC (ensure WS.exe is running in MRI). Then it will ask for the Select PC end Destination path.
Select the desired directory where you need to store the data file in your hard disk and then press save button.
After all the files are transferred in your computer, following message will be there For Deleting the data files from the MRI u can follow following procedure:
(1) Go to B:\ of MRI and Type “CD\ELS\DATA” and press enter.
(2) Then MRI will display “B:\ELS\DATA>”. Then type DEL *.MSR and press enter.
(3) All the data files in the Data directory will be deleted. If you require to delete specific Meter data file then u can type serial no. of meter in place of *. Then only that file will be deleted.
