EndingScene Ltd is an animation studio and digital marketing agency. It makes animation
commercials and digital marketing strategies for brands. My main responsibility was to look after
the whole operation of the company. I had my involvement in making brands’ strategies,
creating scripts for animation, pitching to new brands and innovate ideas for brands which would
bring sales to the clients. I was fortunate enough to lead the whole team. I am very pleased to

With reference to the Job Description, please explain how your skills, abilities and
experience meet the specific requirements of the role, providing examples of where and
how you have demonstrated these?
I am a versatile and highly analytical candidate, with over 1.5 years of

experience in an animation and marketing agency. Throughout the progression of my
career, I have been privileged to grow and excel over the course of several leadership and
specialties. As I am currently working as the Vice President of my current working
organization, I believe that the job description given for Assistant Producer role is somewhat
similar to my current position. I have been involved with theatrical activities for more than 5
years which gives me an advantage to be creative and source all kinds creative stuffs
needed for production. Due to my past working experience, I have good understanding
about pre, pre-production, production and post production since I used to lead to the team to
make ads for brands. Also, I did write scripts for several projects like “Anti-sexual
Harassment Policies in Workplaces” by Care Bangladesh and many more. Before releasing
any content, I believe it is very important to do research and then develop script on it. As the
VP of the company, I made sure I did my research on the topic, then gave green signal to
the team to develop scripts and then make videos on it.
For example: To develop scripts, I have to read all the rules and regulation ordered by high
court on sexual harassment. Then based on that I developed script in a story mode. Story
board was made based on scenes. Then it was submitted to our client Care Bangladesh, to
approve. After a short feedback, the story was approved. Then my continued to make
animation on that script and submit the final version on due time which was given by the
procurement. There are lots of projects like these which were being led by me.
Overall, I possess the knowledge, character, and determination required to excel in the role
of Assistant Producer which will be beneficial for the company, and I am confident that my
cumulative education and experience will distinguish me as a leading candidate to join BBC
Action Media. Moreover, I am dedicated to complete and obtain the output of a task in any
given period of time.
I look forward to meeting the officials in the context of a formal interview to further discuss
ways in which I can contribute to your BBC Action Media.
