Stress Analysis Report Format

The stress analysis report summarizes the stress analysis conducted on the steam piping system from the boiler to various nozzles. The analysis considered 19 load cases, including operating, sustained, wind, and snow loads. The results found stresses within allowable limits. Support locations and types were determined to achieve acceptable nozzle loads and pipe stresses according to design codes. Appendices provide further details on inputs, outputs, and stress analysis results.
