Project Instructions
In order to create reasonable balance in a group, each group
will be consisting of students with different backgrounds/
profession. Groups will be made by you people. Project must
be from real life or may be from your own background/ work
environment/ parent department but it must cover the
subject. Topics should be innovative and must have strong
relevance with the subject and real life implementation. You
may choose organization in public or private sector (Service
or Manufacturing).

What is due after “Four Weeks”?


A preliminary draft proposal of one page (along with the
name of the participants) for the approval of the instructor.
Upon approval, you can proceed with the project work. You
can consult from time to time.

Requirements of Presentations?
Professional presentation by the Group on
approved topic. Three hard copies of the final
project report and one electronic copy must reach
course instructor positively on the same day of
presentation. Project report must be typed in MS
Word in a professional way, 1.5 space, 12-size
font, with proper references. There will be 10
percent academic penalty on late submissions.

Each group will be given 10-15 minutes to


present, with 5 minutes of Q&A session.
As per University’s instructions:

• Minimum of 04 quizzes during the semester


• 2 before mid-term and 2 after mid-term

• There will be 04 home assignments as well


• 2 before mid-term and 2 after mid-term
Instructions for Students
To make the learning experience most enjoyable, comfortable and
valuable; the students must comply with the following:
Attendance
• Must be 100%; this is University’s requirement, not mine. Leave
permission for absentee only in extreme emergency.
Assembly
• The students should be in classroom 2-3 minutes before schedule time so
that he/ she participates in the lesson from the very beginning.
Assignments
• Late Assignments are NOT accepted. All assignments are to be
submitted no later than the specified date. Home assignments may be
submitted via email in case the individual is out of town.
Project
• Is mandatory to qualify. It comprises of a written report and a
presentation by each group/student.
Examination
• Mid term and Final exam. Important: There can be surprise quizzes

to know what to expect from me as your instructor:

• I will treat all members of the class fairly, and will do my


best to accommodate individual learning styles and special
needs.
• I will be available to you via Yahoo Group, e-mail or
Whatsapp and will promptly reply to your messages.
• I will be available to you for face-to-face appointments as
and when requested.
• I will check all assignments promptly, and may include
individualized comments and suggestions with your
assignments.
• I will not post any of your assignments for viewing by the
class without requesting your approval in advance.
• If any of these points need clarification, or should special
circumstances arise that require my assistance, do not
hesitate to contact me so that we may discuss and resolve
the matter.
