Project Title: Cinema booking System
Introduction:
The main aim of this Cinema Booking System is an online booking tickets for various movies in
Registered theatres by the users. Customers may view the contents of any movie show at any time
and may book any movie ticket as needed. The program automatically calculates the subtotal and
grand total. When a visitor decides to finally book the ticket, the order information including the
buyer's name, address and billing instruction is stored in the database securely and payment has
been made. The booking information is kept in a text database, which consists of: combo cost,
username, seat type, no of seats booked, ticket cost and net payable amount to be paid by the
customer. This database is modified when the user books the ticket.
The customer can be presented with a booking page, which allows them to add more of the same
items or remove items from the combo items. The booking page also shows the seat type to be
booked, no of seats to be booked, service charges to be applied, ticketing cost and net payable
amount to the customer.
When the customers have done their booking they will checkout using the payment information
page.
Customers of the cinema can search for movies, book the tickets online through online payments
using various payment gateways like ATM/Credit/Debit cards. The system will be so simple and
attractive which will make the audiences/viewers comfortable to use and choose their movie
along with desired seat no. Staff of the cinema can modify movies and user information. The
system allows the owner to keep track on available seats for a particular movie and even
maintain various details of the audiences. For the project we record information for single cinema
and its users.

Modules of Cinema Booking System:


1. Login Module:
Admin and Customer needs to log in using login id and password.

2. Admin Module:
The Administrator can maintain the Customer Details (by their name, id etc), Movie details, (by
their name, timing, Hall name) Hall details. Admin can also easily add, update, or delete the movie
or customer record.

3. Customer Module:
Customer can book tickets online. Customer can view movie details or Hall details. Customer
can book ticket for the movie.

4. Ticket module:
The customer will search for the movie and then go for theatre/Hall then booking the tickets

5. Payment Module:
Customers can book the tickets online through online payments using various payment gateways
like ATM/Credit/Debit cards.

6. Movie module:
This module will help the customers to see the details of the movies available for the show. 

7. Hall module:
It deals with the number of the seats available in the hall with seat num and seat type.

8. Seat Module:

This module will tell about total number of seats in cinema hall. This will also allow admin and
customers to check the details about seats for specific show. It will help them to book seat for
favorite show at hall by looking at details of seats.
