INTRODUCTION
Description of the business
Miracle Fruit Corporation (MFC) is producing the best quality of miracle fruit juice. Our

product is one hundred percent (100%) organic and sugar-free, all natural, and no artificial

flavorings added. It contains vitamins and minerals that are very beneficial to our health.

Location of the Business

 Barangay Iwa- Ilaya Pototan, Iloilo, Philippines.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Objectives or goal of the business

The goal of MFC is to promote, improve and control the healthy diet and lifestyle of the

people. We aim to distribute and provide the best quality of miracle fruit juice to attain a healthy

lifestyle.

Vision

The Miracle Fruit Corporation is guided with highly effective procedures to ensure that
our products are in the ultimate best and fresh condition.

Mission

Inspired by our vision, we commit ourselves to provide high valued products with
reasonable price and to promote, improve and control the healthy diet of the people.

Nowadays, many people are disregarding the healthy diet causing them to suffer from

different types of illness. Therefore, our company decided to produce something new to the

lifestyle.

Our company is having a plantation of miracle fruits in the Philippines specifically in

Pototan, Iloilo. This will efficiently and effectively accumulate the production of miracle fruit

juices. We will serve as a supplier in supermarkets and pharmacies locally.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

The Miracle Fruit Corporation is producing goods of miracle fruit juices. The target

customer of miracle fruit juices are people having healthy diet. Also, it targets people with health

problems such as cancer, diabetes, high-blood pressure, heart disease, anemia, kidney stones,

digestive issues, and other health-related conditions.

Our business is producing the best quality of miracle fruit juice. Our product is one

hundred percent (100%) organic and sugar-free, all natural, and no artificial flavorings added. It

contains vitamins and minerals that are very beneficial to our health. The major advantage of our

product is that it contains ingredients that are 100% organic. It is sugar-free, no side effects, and

no preservatives added. It also improves healthy immune system and helps cure other health

related conditions.

ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

Form of Business Organization

MFC shall be in the form of a corporation. A corporation is considered by law to be a

unique entity, separate from those who own it. A corporation can be taxed, sued and enter into

contractual agreements. However, it has a life of its own and does not dissolve when ownership

changes.

We chose corporation because generally, a corporation's shareholders are not liable for

any debts incurred or judgments handed down against the corporation. Shareholders only risk

their equity in the corporation. Corporations may be able raise additional funds by selling shares

in the corporation. Corporations may deduct the cost of benefits it provides to employees and

officers. Also, it is advantageous since it has limited financial risks, specialized management

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Procedure

1. Slice the miracle fruit into two.

2. Scrape it using a scooper, place it in a casserole.

3. Boil it for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4. Let it cool for a while.

5. Add 10 tablespoons of honey and mix half cup of squeezed lemon.

6. Transfer to a sterilized bottle.

 How to sterilize bottles:

a. Wash thoroughly in hot soapy water, rinse, and drain.

b. Place on oven racks, with space between them, and heat at 120 degrees

Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.

c. Use clean lid.

7. Refrigerate.

8. Drink it regularly for better results.

OPERATIONS PLAN

Evaluation of Suppliers

The supplies used in the production of Miracle Fruit Juice such as lemon and honey can

be found in SM Supermarkets while the miracle fruit can be found in our plantation in Pototan,

Iloilo.

Purchase Procedures

In buying all the ingredients needed for producing our product, we have to make sure that

all of it are in good condition and ready for production. We will only buy the right amount of

ingredients (lemon and honey) needed.

Storage and Inventory Control

We are using the FIFO Approach (First in, first out) in controlling our storage and

inventory. Goods should be sold in the same chronological order as they were purchased and

created. With this, we can store the finished goods and protect its inventory against possible theft

and losses.

Functions of Support Services

 Finance Manager- is responsible for the financial health of the organization providing

financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the

long-term financial goals of the organization.

 Marketing Manager- is in charge of performing market research, producing a marketing

plan, and product development, as well as strategically overseeing advertising,

promotion, distribution for sale, customer service and public.

 Operation Manager- manages the operations of the business to insure that the procedural

business flows are followed and meet.

 Human Resource Manager- plans, directs, and implements the administrative functions of

the organization. Oversee the high level of HR function. In charge in hiring new people

guided with top executive strategies and with high moral values.
