LockXLS is a great software for protecting formulas and macros written in Visual Basic in Excel software. You
have hardly coded complex workbooks using Visual Basic formulas and macros, and now you want to
provide these documents to customers. You de nitely don’t want your customer to be able to reverse
engineer your document and make it available for free. In this situation, LockXLS software can help you in
this way.

As an input, the program receives excel les and after encrypting and restricting them to various parts
including formulas, Visual Basic codes and … encrypted le. You can now share this le with your customers
without worrying about being cracked. At least by adding security features to the le, we have made access
to the code much more di cult than before. The program is able to generate access codes based on the
hardware speci cations of the target computer so that each client can only use the purchased le on their
