b) Clause 4.2 of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 ‘Understanding needs &
expectations of Interested parties.
c) Case study of Everest Chemicals Ltd. ( Provided to participants separately )

QMS- Dispatch of product is not timely ,Customer complaints not done in time bound
manner & Multiple equipment Failure

EMS-More water consumption,Exploring possibility of coprocessing of Haz. Waste & High


CO2 footprint

OHS-First aid cases is more,unavailability of required PPEs & Engaging workforce in near
miss reporting

External issues : *

QMS-Customer is not Satisfied of product, Unavailability of labour and raw material for the
poduction & Shortage of Trained manpower

EMS- Reduction in noise levels generated from DG , Increasing exhaust height of DG set
& Complying with customer EMS audit observations

OHS- Complying with factory inspector inspection report , Distribution of Chemical MSDS to
workers in local language & Mock drill to be conducted at 6 months interval
