    Ans: Mr toad huffed in the driver's seat and said
    that he was just testing the car and didn't need
    a license. At the next moment Mr toad was
    arrested and presented in the court of law.

    on the crime committed by Mr. Toad?
    Ans: Mr.Clerk was one of the employees of court of
    law. In his opinion stealing a motor-car was the
    worst offence and cheeking the police undoubtedly

    imprisonment for twenty years.

    consumed by the desire to drive the vehicle
    despite knowing that it didn’t belong to him?
    Ans: Mr. Toad had never drived the vehicle
    before as he wanted to experience the joy of
    driving a car. So he was consumed by the
    desire to drive the vehicle despite knowing that
    it didn’t belong to him.
    Qno2: Do you think Mr. Toad was a thief?
    Explain your answer.
    Ans: Yes! Mr. Toad was a thief because he
    stole the car from vary restaurant where he was
    having his lunch. As stealing a car was the
    worst offence and driving dangerously and
    cheeking the police undoubtedly carry the
    severest penalty.
